NATIONAL SHIPMENTS: Ecofibras LTDA does not have its own carrier, therefore shipments are made with the Interrapidisimo carrier. The value of the shipment is always borne by the client, it is canceled on delivery and directly to the delivery agents of said company. The value will always be subject to the place of destination, for minimum costs we recommend that deliveries can be made in main cities. If the client wants the merchandise to be sent by another carrier, we do so under the client’s responsibility.
NATIONAL DELIVERIES: National route parcel deliveries take 3 to 5 business days depending on the city and the state of the roads.
NOTE: Your order guide will be attached within 24 hours after your package is delivered to the carrier. INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES: For shipments outside the national territory, we work with the logistics company FedEX. These shipments are subject to quotes according to the measurements and weight of the merchandise, also subject to the change of the dollar and, like national shipments, the cost of these shipments is borne by the customer.
GUARANTEE: The client will have a period of 7 business days from the date of receipt of the product to make the return, as long as it is due to defects in the handcrafted piece (closures, stains, leather, handles, seams, wood in poor condition or frayed), if so, the product must be returned in perfect condition, that is, without additional damage to manufacturing defects. Once the merchandise is received and it is verified that all the conditions for the exchange are met, Ecofibras LTDA will accept the return of the product and the merchandise will be refunded in the shortest possible time.
